Photos for this coming Sunday will be held at the Langford Legion (761 Station Ave) between 9 and 2 pm (schedule is posted at www.jdfsoccer.ca)

What to do when you arrive:

There will be a table set up to hand out individual player cards (these need to be scanned when you take your photo).
LifeTouch will need every player’s height. To expedite the process, if possible, please measure your child prior to photo day.
Once you have your card and height, proceed to any of the four photographers and smile
That’s it!
Some things to note:

Orders for additional photos are due Oct 26th. On-line ordering is available at www.lifetouchsports.com (Code: QU014222X0). All on-line orders will be mailed directly to you.
Orders are expected to be ready 3 weeks after our retake day (retakes will occur first week of November)
As an aside:

I’ve been getting a few questions as to why team photos are being created from individual pictures (rather than a group shot). As you can imagine, trying to accommodate the schedules of 1325 players is difficult. Last year one of the biggest concerns from parents was that if their child couldn’t make their scheduled time slot, they were left out of the photo.  This change is an attempt to ensure all children are included.

Thanks to everyone for their patience as we work through this process. As always, happy to receive feedback, both positive and negative (but I prefer positive) :)

For those of you that couldn’t make last week’s session, please contact Tracy at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to make arrangements.

Thanks

Tracy

NOTE: UPDATED OCT 19th @ 8pm. The venue for Oct 26th photos may change (we need more space). I'll be sending out details as soon as location is confirmed. Thanks for your patience.

Also- if you coach more than one team, you do need to have your photo taken twice (one for each team), but this can be done in one session (i.e. you only need to show up once and have two photos taken). Apologies for the inconvenience.

It’s time to get those smiles ready! Soccer photos are taking place Sunday Oct 19th and 26th between 9am-3pm (schedules attached)

Some changes from last year:

  • Photos are being held indoors in the clubhouse behind the Q centre (Upper Clubhouse close to the lawn bowling- map below)
  • You do not have to wait for your whole team to arrive before getting your photo taken. Team photos can be created using individual shots!

Your registration includes one individual and team photo. Extra photos and packages can be pre-ordered using the link below. Forms will be available on-site as well. JDF’s online code is QU014222X0

Visit www.lifetouchsports.com for more info

Players are asked to wear their full uniform (excluding shin guards). If you have a reversible jersey, please wear the blue side.

We have 110 teams and over 1300 players this year so please help us make this process as smooth as possible by showing up a little early for your scheduled time.
